COVID 19 APRIL UPDATE
Wednesday, April 15, 2020
During this challenging time of the COVID-19 pandemic, remember our first priority is your vision and eye health.
We will continue to postpone all routine eye exams through April 30. If you are due for your regular vision exam during this time, your appointment will be postponed and rescheduled for a later date.
Dr. Peters will still be available for eye emergencies. Please do not go to the ER or Urgent Care Centers as they are busy with other issues. Call our office if you have:
• any new flashes or floaters
• double vision
• anything else concerning you
Please make every effort to call between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. If it’s after 3 p.m., call Dr. Peters directly at 419-551-6394.
If you wear contact lenses, we encourage extra diligence with hygiene. We are happy to extend contact lens prescriptions for three months if your supply is low. We recommend placing an order now and we can ship them to you or arrange curbside delivery. Do not try to stretch your current supply or wear them longer than recommended.
We will continue to keep you informed as the COVID-19 situation develops.
